I'd actually like my usual flap jack pancakes or roast and egg but this will do. I can change my mindset and welp I will. If I'm being honest, today I woke up this morning feeling ready. I need this change and I'm blogging to make sure I keep to this change. Unfortunately I had to get injected but I'm a big girl so I only cried out in imaginary pain... I can do this! I can do this!
